At Exclusive Fits Only LV, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Return Window
• Standard Items: Customers have 7 days from the original delivery date to request a return or refund. No returns will be accepted after this window closes.
• Pre-Order Items: The 7-day window begins from the actual delivery date, not the estimated date.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Must be in original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Limited edition drops and exclusive releases.
• Collaboration pieces.
• Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Intimate apparel and undergarments.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email support@exclusivefitsonly.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
1. Order Number
2. Item(s) you wish to return
3. Reason for the return
4. Shipping & Fees
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will provide a prepaid label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• Timeframe: Items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your label. If not shipped within this time, the return will be permanently closed.
Pro Tip: We recommend keeping your tracking information. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
5. Refunds & Store Credit
Once your item passes inspection (checking for wear, damage, or odors), we offer two options:

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@exclusivefitsonly.com immediately with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund, covering all shipping costs with no restocking fees applied.
