Payment Terms
Payment is processed immediately when you place your pre-order. This secures your reservation and guarantees your item from our limited inventory. We do not offer payment plans or delayed billing for pre-order items.
Shipping Timeline
Pre-order items typically ship within 30 days of your order date, though specific timelines are listed on each product page. You'll receive:
- Order confirmation email immediately upon purchase
- Shipping notification with tracking number when your order ships
- Updates via email if there are any changes to the expected ship date
Shipping times may vary based on manufacturer release schedules and product availability.
Cancellations & Modifications
We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:
- Within 24 hours: Pre-orders can be cancelled or modified for a full refund
- After 24 hours: All pre-order sales are final due to the exclusive, limited nature of our releases
- To request cancellation: Contact support@exclusivefitsonly.com immediately with your order number
Release Date Changes
Occasionally, manufacturers may adjust release dates for limited-edition products. If this happens:
- We'll notify you immediately via email with updated timeline information
- Your pre-order remains secured regardless of delays
- You may request a cancellation for a full refund if the delay exceeds 60 days from the original estimated ship date
Stock Guarantee
By pre-ordering, you're guaranteed to receive your item from our allocated stock. Pre-orders are not subject to sell-outs or inventory shortages. Your reservation is locked in from the moment you complete your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Pre-order items follow our standard return policy once received:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Exchanges subject to availability
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
